Roxane Johnson

 

Roxane is the founder and President of Cygnet Health Recruiters. Prior to launching Cygnet, Roxane served as the Vice President of Talent Acquisition for two national healthcare organizations. Her clinical background, sales and operations experience helps her better understand the unique needs of the clients she supports. Roxane was on the corporate leadership teams for creation of specialty home health, hospice and infusion programs. She has worked with pediatrics, adult and geriatric populations. 

 

Roxane has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, from the University of Oregon Health Sciences (OHSU) in Portland, OR. She also has the following certifications: Predictive Index, DDI, AIRS and PRC Certified and she is a Progressive Business Womens Scholar.

Colleen Hartner

With more than three decades of experience in healthcare, Colleen has a diverse professional background spanning nine years as a nurse working in the Operating room and over 20 years in sales, sales management and training.

 

Before joining Cygnet Health Recruiters in 2017, Colleen helped build and manage a multi-million-dollar sales organization. After 18 years with the company, she left to become the training director for a direct-selling company located in New York.

Colleen is passionate about helping others succeed and considers her listening ability and people skills among her top strengths. She looks forward to going the extra mile for her client partners and candidates!

Kelly Trader

Kelly began her career in the healthcare industry with Maxim Healthcare as a Compliance Manager before moving into recruitment. Kelly is passionate about matching the right client with the right candidate because it directly and positively affects patient care. She believes healthcare recruitment isn’t just a job, it is a calling which fosters your community.

 

While working in regional recruitment roles for large, national healthcare organizations, Kelly gained insight into what clients are looking for and the quality they expect from a top recruitment firm.

 

Kelly joined Cygnet Health Recruiters in 2016 and brings unique and valuable expertise to the team. She leverages her compliance and credentialing background to ensure all of our candidates are properly vetted, which is a top priority for Cygnet. Kelly holds the AIRS Professional Recruiter Certification (PRC) and is an AIRS Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR).
